What to tell us

The more of this you send in the first message, the sooner we can confirm a delivery rather than write back asking.

  • The delivery address, and how a tanker reaches it — gate width, turning space, any height restriction
  • How much diesel you need, and whether this is a one-off or a regular requirement
  • When you need it, and whether there are hours we cannot deliver in
  • Who will be on site to receive the delivery, and a number for them
  • Any site induction, permit or safety paperwork we should complete beforehand
  • Your GST details, if you need a tax invoice
