Who we are

Lalithya Infra Facilities Enterprises Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for the information described here — that is, we decide why and how it is used. You can reach us at info@the-life.co or by post at MLA Colony, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500034, India.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• the name, email address, phone number, subject and message you enter in our contact form;
• the date and time of your enquiry, and the IP address it came from, which we record alongside the message so we can investigate abuse of the form.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no third-party trackers, and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies' servers. The only cookie we set is a session cookie, created when you open the contact form, that carries a security token to stop the form being submitted from other websites. It is deleted when you close your browser.

Why we use it, and your consent

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to an order, to carry on that correspondence and arrange the delivery. By sending us the form you consent to us using your details for that purpose and no other. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@the-life.co — withdrawing it is as easy as giving it. We will then stop using your details and delete them, except where we are required to keep a record, such as the delivery and safety records that fuel supply rules oblige us to retain.

Who can see it

Enquiries arrive as email in our own mailbox, hosted by our email provider, and are read by the people in the business who can answer them. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes an order, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it for that relationship and for the record-keeping periods the law sets after it ends.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are using it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update anything inaccurate or out of date;
• ask us to erase your personal data, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw your consent, as described above;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to;
• raise a grievance with us, and have it answered.

Email info@the-life.co and we will respond as promptly as we can, and in any case within the period the Act requires.

We will acknowledge your grievance and tell you what we are doing about it. If you remain dissatisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site and our service are aimed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
